“Enotive helped us transform our 70s kitchen into an open and airy floor plan. We weren't sure what the best layout for our kitchen, dining, family room space and didn't want to just blindly jump into remodeling without being able to see the area planned out ahead of time. We worked with Jennifer on the project, and she listened to what we wanted in the space and kept our budget in mind. The 3D rendering helped us play with the design and see what we were getting before making any changes. We ended up with a beautifully updated kitchen, very open and bright floor plan. Our favorite element was removing the smaller kitchen window and patio slider to create a large slider that can open up the entire wall. I highly recommend getting Enotive to help you with the design and planning element.”

“Fabulous Experience! Sandy helped us with two projects: 1) stage our "old" home in preparation for sale and 2) decorate our "new" home.
Sandy understands how to effectively stage a home for sale. She primarily used furniture and accessories we already owned to improve the flow and appearance of our previous home - and our home sold quickly! Her fee for this service was reasonable and was definitely money very well spent. I would recommend that home sellers talk to Sandy before putting their home on the market. The small investment in her professional services can payoff in selling your home more quickly and maximizing the selling price of your home. First impressions are SO important!
Sandy also helped with the interior decorating in our new home. She spent time developing an understanding of our decorating preferences and the "feel" we wanted in our home. Sandy helped us chose beautiful paint colors (she helped me think outside the "beige box" ) and also shopped for some new accessories and furniture for our home. She then assisted with furniture placement and accessory placement and made it all come together beautifully!
Sandy is very warm and non-intimidating. This was my first experience with a decorator, and I wanted to make sure our home reflected our personal taste and style. Sandy helped us accomplish this within our budget. We will definitely call Sandy again as we make some changes to our home!”

“Initially Sai Interiors helped with the sale of our previous property. Advised on how to present the property more effectively for sale. We did not want to spend much money but Sai Interiors suggested changes which didn't cost a fortune and made a huge difference for instance changing the position of furniture, investing in some new cushions, throws, adding fresh flowers etc.
Following on Sai Interiors managed and advised on the refurbishment of 2 bedrooms, a lounge and wc in our new property. We found the service highly efficient - Saima was very knowledgeable on fabrics, paint and accessories and where to find the best deals that matched our budget. Saima found beautiful wallpaper for my daughter's bedroom and liaised with carpenters, electricians, decorator and floor specialists over our new lounge. Saima's attention to detail was excellent as was her communication and resourcefulness. Have recommended already to friends and family.”

“This husband and wife team are amazing! They have unbelievable talent and are so personable. Benavides Design House turned our unfinished basement into a beautiful space complete with an art room for the kids, spare bedroom, entertainment room, pool table/game room and a wine cellar wall. They did renderings for us ahead of time so that we could really see what our space would look like. They sat down with us and made sure we were comfortable and got to know our style before they made recommendations. They were flexible enough to put up with our last minute change of heart on a few decisions. They were also very responsive to our calls and emails throughout the process. Plus when we first moved to the South Jersey area, we paid almost double the hourly fee for a designer so we consider BDH to be very competitively priced. You can not go wrong with this talented pair!!”
